How to set Call Forwarding on a Mitel Phone


  1. Press the Grey “Menu” Button



  1. In the “Select an Item Below” Screen, select “Call Forwarding (Off)”





  1. In the screen below, enter the Extension you want to forward to. If it’s an external number, enter a “9” before the telephone number you are forwarding to. Hit “Activate” to set the number



Unless you change it, the number entered will now be the default forwarding number that can be activated by just hitting the “Call Forward” button on the main screen of the phone if it’s logged in.
